1. About these terms and the parties

These terms of use (the “Terms”) apply to your use of the website aigiplan.com (the “Website”), including all information, content and functions provided on it. The Website is operated by Áigi Labs AB (reg. no. 559594-9941), Umeå, Sweden (the “Provider”).

By visiting or using the Website you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. If you do not accept the Terms, you must stop using the Website.

2. Purpose of the Website

aigiplan.com is an information and marketing website for Áigi Labs and its products, including Áigi Plan. Via the Website you can:

  • read about Áigi Labs and its products and vision,
  • sign up for the waitlist or beta testing via email forms,
  • choose to receive news and updates about Áigi Labs.

The Website requires no registration and has no user accounts.

3. Waitlist sign-up and email communication

When you sign up via the Website’s forms you consent to the Provider contacting you with information about Áigi Labs products, beta testing and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in the emails, or by contacting us at [email protected].

Your email address and name are processed in accordance with our Privacy policy.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, design elements, images, product screenshots and other material (the “Website Content”) — is owned by or licensed to Áigi Labs AB and is protected by Swedish and international copyright and other intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to access the Website Content for personal, informational and non-commercial use. You may not:

  • copy, reproduce, distribute or publish the Website Content without written permission,
  • use the Website Content for commercial purposes,
  • remove, hide or modify copyright notices or other attribution,
  • use the Website Content in a way that may mislead about its source or origin.

Linking to the Website is permitted provided it is done in a factual and non-misleading way, and the link is not presented in a way that implies a partnership or endorsement that does not exist.

5. Acceptable use

You undertake to use the Website lawfully and responsibly. You may not:

  • use the Website to spread malicious code, spam or other disruptive content,
  • attempt to disrupt or undermine the Website’s technical infrastructure,
  • use automated tools to scrape or systematically collect content from the Website,

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is declared invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions shall continue to apply in full. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that, as far as possible, achieves the same purpose.

12. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Provider regarding your use of the Website and replace all prior agreements on the same subject.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Swedish law, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If no agreement can be reached, the dispute shall be settled by a Swedish general court with Umeå District Court as the court of first instance.

If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you have the right to use the EU platform for alternative dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. You also have the right to turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) if the dispute falls within ARN’s competence.
