School week visual schedule

The school week visual schedule is a landscape A4 where the whole school week shows at once. In Áigi Plan the template is called School week.

When the template fits

The school week often differs from day to day: PE one day, swimming another, the library a third. The school week visual schedule shows the whole week on one paper, one column a day, with activities and rough times. The template fits in the classroom and at home, to see what is coming up in the week and what to bring on which day. Make the template your own

Put in the class week, with the lessons and days that differ. You swap symbols for others from the library or for photos, such as the sports hall. Print on A4 or save as a PDF. With Pro or Max the week can be shown on the classroom screen.

How to use it

1. Go through the week at Monday’s morning circle.
2. Point to the day when it starts, and to the next day when it ends.
3. Mark changes as soon as they are known, for example a trip.
4. Send a copy home, so the same week is there too.

Tips

• Mark the days with PE or swimming, so the right things come along.
• The whole week on one page can make it easier to see what is coming.
